My recent stay was enjoyable, with a lovely warm-water pool and welcoming atmosphere, but there were some issues with the room's air conditioning and a lack of nearby parking. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring local bars and restaurants, though parking can be quite a hassle. Overall, it's a charming boutique hotel offering good value for money.

The Acacia Boutique is nestled in a quaint area of San Juan, providing a classic touch with its old-world charm. While the proximity to the beach is a definite plus, I found the overall experience to be inconsistent. The ambiance of the hotel felt dim and somewhat neglected at times, especially with some maintenance issues in the room. Dining at Niche Bistro was enjoyable, but I wish the overall atmosphere was more welcoming. Overall, it's a mixed bag for me; while it has potential, there are elements that need improvement.
